Saturday, March 7th at the Blair County Convention Center

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Shamrock & Roll, a festive evening of music, dancing, and community fun hosted by the GFWC Hollidaysburg Women’s Club.

Spheres Bubble Show: ORBS

Sunday, March 9th at the Mishler Theater

Spheres Bubble Show returns to the Mishler Theater for the fourth time with the debut of their brand-new production, ORBS! Featuring bubble master Blaise Ryndes (as seen on America’s Got Talent), this comedic and mysterious show blends art, science, and magic with dazzling lasers, fog effects, and spectacular bubble creations. Perfect for all ages!

Tyrone Irish Heritage Days

Wednesday March 11th through Sunday March 15th in Tyrone

Celebrate Irish pride and community at Tyrone Irish Heritage Days! This multi-day event features live music, local history, delicious food, family-friendly activities, and plenty of Irish spirit throughout town.

Join the celebration and experience one of Tyrone’s favorite annual traditions.

Full Kilt – Live Celtic Rock

Friday, March 13th at the Unter Uns Musical & Entertainment Society in Altoona

Enjoy an energetic night of Celtic rock as Full Kilt takes the stage at Unter Uns from 8-11pm. Grab your friends and get ready for a lively evening of music and fun!

Uncork the Alleghenies

Saturday, March 14th at the Blair County Convention Center

A regional wine and spirits festival featuring tastings from area wineries and distilleries, live entertainment, local vendors, and a vibrant atmosphere that brings people together to sip, sample, and celebrate.

4th Annual Downtown Altoona Bridal Show

Saturday, March 14th at The Columns & The Discovery Banquet Center in Altoona

Plan your big day at the 4th Annual Downtown Altoona Bridal Show, presented by Cook’s Family Businesses and the Altoona Mirror. Explore local wedding vendors, enjoy a bridal fashion show, and stick around for the raffle drawing at 3 PM.

Free admission for brides and grooms. $5 for guests and the public.

National Quilting Day Exhibition 2026

Saturday, March 21st at the Sanctuary of ArtsAltoona

Celebrate National Quilting Day with a vibrant display of handcrafted quilts, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Enter to win a special quilt and learn how to nominate a veteran for a Quilt of Valor.

This FREE event is presented by The Chimney Rocks Quilt Guild in collaboration with ArtsAltoona.

2026 Flashlight Egg Hunt

Edgar Allan Poe Pop-Up Speakeasy Experience

Fri., March 27th & Sat., March 28th at ArtsAltoona

This traveling pop-up speakeasy brings Edgar Allan Poe–inspired storytelling, themed cocktails, and immersive atmosphere to Altoona for a unique evening experience available only for a short time.

The Official Warped Tour Tribute

Saturday, April 4th at  McGarvey’s in Altoona

The Official Warped Tour Tribute returns to Altoona for a high-energy night at McGarvey’s. Featuring the Warped Band and endorsed by Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman, this immersive show brings the nostalgia with fan-voted hits from across the tour’s iconic eras.

Giants of Science

Saturday, April 18 at Old Canal Inn in Hollidaysburg

Kick off the summer season at the first outdoor concert of the year! The outdoor bar and food open at 5 PM, with Giants of Science taking the stage at 6 PM.

Bring a lawn chair, come hungry, grab a drink, and enjoy a great night of live music at this beautiful outdoor venue.

Blair Creators Festival 2026

Saturday, May 2nd at Heritage Plaza in Altoona

Celebrate the fifth annual Blair Creators Festival in downtown Altoona! This FREE, family-friendly event features local artisans, live music and performances, food trucks, drink booths, and activities for all ages.

Proceeds support ArtsAltoona programs that provide free and accessible creative opportunities throughout the community.

Faerie Fest: The Flower Moon

Saturday, May 2nd & Sunday, May 3rd at the Duncansville Memorial Park

The Fae return for two enchanting days of celebration under the Flower Full Moon! Enjoy live entertainment, whimsical vendors, local food and drink, Maypole dancing, and magical activities for all ages.

3rd Annual Wing Fest Express

Saturday, June 6th at the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona

Get ready for a wing-filled night of flavor, live music, and cold drinks at the Railroaders Memorial Museum! Sample wings from local vendors and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Champion in categories like Original/Buffalo, Creative Sweet, Creative Spicy, and Unique.

Enjoy live music from Better Days and Half Tempted. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available (21+ with valid ID for alcohol).

Main Line Mania | Wing Fest & Fireworks| Concert

Friday, July 3rd at the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona

Kick off Independence Day weekend with an evening of live music, great food, and a spectacular fireworks show at the Railroaders Memorial Museum. Enjoy performances from K4 Kountry, 7th Virtue, and The Voice finalist Josh Gallagher.

Come hungry for Wing Fest, vote for your favorite vendor, and enjoy family-friendly activities, vendors, and refreshments throughout the night. Fireworks light up the sky at dusk.

2026 Tyrone Food Truck & Vendor Festival

The first Saturday in the months of May, June and August in Downtown Tyrone on Logan Avenue (10th–11th Street)

Enjoy one of Central PA’s largest food truck and vendor festivals in the heart of downtown Tyrone! Stroll Logan Avenue while sampling a wide variety of food trucks and browsing unique vendors from across the region.

2026 Williamsburg Community Farm Show

August 23rd–29th in Williamsburg

Experience Blair County’s largest fair at the Williamsburg Community Farm Show! Spend the week enjoying livestock, midway rides and games, tractor pulls, live entertainment, exhibits, and all your favorite fair foods.

Pickled Palooza 2026

Saturday, August 30th at Lakemont Park in Altoona

Get ready for a dill-ightful day at Pickled Palooza! Enjoy pickle beer, unique pickled foods, sweet treats like pickle candy and sno-cones, and browse 30+ pickle-themed vendors. Don’t miss the pickle eating and brine chug contests for kids and adults.

VIP admission ($20) includes early entry (10–11 AM) and a swag bag. General admission is $10, and children 12 & under are free with a paid adult.
